Harvest Kids Mission Statement

To teach the principles behind God’s precepts to children in such a way that they will understand His Love. By understanding His love they would love Him, and choose to follow Him. We aspire to do this by sowing Truth, Love and Relationships.

Curriculum

The Gospel Project: The Gospel Project takes kids on a Christ-centered, chronological journey through Scripture. Kids will discover how the gospel unfolds from Genesis through Revelation. When kids truly experience the gospel, their hearts are transformed. It is the gospel, not good behavior, that changes everything.

Lessons, videos, games, and more can be downloaded by visiting your app store and searching for the LifeWay Kids Kiosk App. There are content options within the app.

Sunday Mornings

Birth through Kindergarten: Young children participate in a full Sunday school program throughout the entire service.

1st–5th Grade: Students are checked in before the service begins and join their parents for worship. During the announcements, they are dismissed to their teachers for engaging, age-appropriate Bible teaching.

Safety Procedures

Check-In

  • Check-in begins 15 minutes before the service.

  • Print your child’s name tag and yours (parent tag) at the kiosk.

  • An adult must walk children to their classroom—please do not send them alone.

  • Keep your phone on vibrate and accessible in case we need to reach you during the service.

Check-Out

  • Please pick up your child promptly after the service.

  • Present your parent tag to the classroom teacher.

  • Let the teacher know your child’s name.

  • For safety, only adults are permitted to check children out.

Safety Commitment
All volunteers have completed a thorough onboarding process, including an interview, reference checks, and a background check. We also follow a visible ministry policy, ensuring no child is ever alone with a volunteer. Your child’s safety is our top priority.

Well Child Policy

To help keep all children healthy and safe, we follow a Well-Child Policy during Sunday school.

Please keep your child with you during the service if they are experiencing any of the following:

  • Fever or diarrhea within the past 24 hours

  • Persistent, uncontrolled runny nose—especially if accompanied by sneezing or coughing

  • Frequent or severe cough

  • Green or yellow nasal discharge

  • Any rash of unknown or contagious origin

  • Lice or symptoms of lice (such as consistent itching)

For the well-being of all, children must be symptom-free without the use of fever-reducing medication for at least 24 hours before attending Sunday school.

Thank you for partnering with us to create a safe and healthy environment for everyone!
